Waiting for his royal desires

They say to make something sustainable, make it profitable. But, growing up in a former soviet country, I don’t have any experience in doing business. So, I don’t know what to do, except addressing to the people in power about a possible solution:

• to bring fresh water in the form of precipitations,
• to cool down a given area
• to stop flash floods

They say it is simple to do a business, just follow some steps. But the business here is about large-scale operations involving at least a thousand people. The amount of money required is proportional to that (in millions), so finding a customer is close to impossible, because of lack of trust, track record etc. There may be other reasons less obvious to me.

I was told not to be pushy, but time is ticking. So, most probably I will continue to spread the knowledge until someone with resources reaches me or not.

At least, I am doing what I possibly could do with what I have.
